WritingBays

About WritingBays

WritingBays is a writing support practice operated by Buzzetric Technologies, with six years of experience across two areas: academic research support for UK students, and career and content writing for professionals in the UAE and internationally. We publish every price, we say what we will not do, and we turn down work we are not the right people for.

There is a version of this page that lists awards, quotes a satisfaction percentage nobody can verify, and promises guaranteed grades. That page is easy to write and it is what most of this industry publishes. This one sets out how we actually work instead, including the parts that lose us business.

What we do

Academic research support

Structural review of dissertations and theses, research proposal development, literature review feedback, statistical analysis in SPSS, R, Stata, Python and Excel, statistical interpretation, editing and proofreading, referencing correction, Turnitin similarity review, presentation design and viva preparation. We work with undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students across eleven disciplines.

Professional and career writing

CV and resume writing for the UAE, UK and international markets, executive CVs and bios, cover letters, LinkedIn profile rewrites, SEO content and website copy, reports, brochures and presentation decks. The Gulf CV work is the largest part of this and is handled by people who understand UAE recruitment specifically rather than writing well in general.

How we work

  1. 1We tell you when you need less than you asked for. A student who arrives asking for a full dissertation package often needs a £99 statistical interpretation. Saying so costs us the difference, and it is the reason clients come back.
  2. 2We scope before we quote. No price is confirmed until we have seen the brief, the handbook or the job posting and know what the work actually involves.
  3. 3We explain changes rather than just making them. Every substantive edit carries a comment giving the reasoning, so you can defend the result rather than accepting changes you do not understand.
  4. 4We match writers by subject. Analysis goes to people who use the software professionally. Legal writing goes to people who know OSCOLA. If we do not have the right person, we say so instead of assigning whoever is free.
  5. 5We say when a deadline is not achievable. Rather than accepting it and delivering something rushed. For students that usually means recommending you apply for an extension.

What we will not do

Being explicit about this is more useful than the ambiguity that is standard in this industry, and it is why some enquiries end without an order.

  • Write academic work for submission as your own. We provide research support: feedback, analysis, editing, and reference-only exemplars. Authorship of what you submit stays with you.
  • Help anyone evade detection. No text spinning, no character substitution, no AI humanising for academic submission. Our Turnitin service exists to help you fix citation problems, not hide them.
  • Guarantee grades or interviews. Nobody can guarantee a mark awarded by a marker they have never met on research they did not conduct.
  • Take work outside our competence. If your topic is highly specialised and we do not have the right specialist, we will tell you rather than assigning a generalist.

Editorial standards

  • Scope to your institution’s policy. Send us your university proofreading policy and we work inside it, even where it is stricter than the general pattern.
  • Flag what we cannot fix. Where a policy prevents us from correcting something, we mark it and explain, rather than silently leaving it or silently exceeding the scope.
  • Sources are real and checkable. Anything we cite is a source that exists and that you can verify. This matters more than it used to, given how confidently generative tools invent references.
  • Confidentiality. Your documents are used only to deliver your order. Nothing is published, resold or added to a database.
  • Corrections are ours to fix. One revision round is included on everything. If we have misunderstood the brief, that is our error to correct rather than a new order.

Why our prices are published

Most competitors in both our markets use quote-only pricing. The practical effect is that the price is set by how urgent your enquiry sounds, which is a bad deal for anyone approaching a deadline.

Every rate is published on the service pages: proposals at £99, dissertation support from £499, data analysis from £99, editing at £12 per 1,000 words, referencing at £39, Turnitin review at £25, presentations at £79, viva preparation at £149, and CV packages from £49. You can work out what you would pay before contacting us, which is the point.

Frequently asked questions

Who is behind WritingBays?

WritingBays is operated by Buzzetric Technologies. The team has six years of experience in academic and professional writing support, working with students at UK universities and with professionals across the UAE and wider GCC job markets.

Why do you publish your prices?

Because quote-only pricing in this market is usually set by how urgent an enquiry sounds. Published rates let you decide whether something is worth it before speaking to anyone, and they let you choose the cheapest service that solves your problem rather than the largest one we could sell you.

Do you guarantee grades or interviews?

No, and any provider that does is not being straight with you. A dissertation mark depends on research you control and a marker we have never met. An interview depends on a hiring decision we have no part in. We guarantee the quality and scope of the work we deliver, which is the only thing within our control.

What will you refuse to do?

Write academic work for submission as your own, help anyone evade plagiarism or AI detection, guarantee a grade or a job, or take on work we do not have the right specialist for. We turn down work on all four grounds, and we would rather tell you that than take the money.

How do you choose writers?

By subject rather than by availability. Statistical work goes to people who use SPSS, R, Stata or Python professionally rather than to generalists. Gulf CV work goes to people who understand UAE recruitment specifically, which is a different skill from writing a good UK CV. If we do not have the right person for a brief, we say so.

Where are you based and who do you serve?

We work with UK students across the academic services and with professionals in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates on career documents. Content and business writing clients are international. Everything is delivered remotely.

How do I know my work stays confidential?

Documents you send are used only to deliver the work you ordered. We do not publish, resell or add client work to any database, and Turnitin submissions we make on your behalf are non-repository, so your text is not stored and cannot match against your own later official submission.

Where to start

How we work, and what stays yours

WritingBays provides research support: structural feedback, editing and proofreading, data analysis and statistical interpretation, referencing correction, reference-only model exemplars, and viva preparation. We do not sell work for submission as your own. Your research question, your argument and your conclusions remain yours, which is what makes the support defensible in a viva and compliant with your institution’s academic conduct policy. If you are unsure what your university permits, check its academic integrity guidance before ordering and we will scope the work to fit.
